  • Project Planningamp; Coordination:
    • Support the team in researching problems, structuring project plans, and meeting deadlines.
    • Collaborate with various departments to collect data and align goals for successful project execution.
    • Act as a project coordinator, helping to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Data Analysisamp; Research
    • Use SQL and Excel to analyze quantitative data and uncover insights for decision-making.
    • Gather and interpret qualitative data (surveys, interviews, process reviews) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Capital Budgetingamp; Financial Analysis
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop capital budgets that align with company goals.
    • Conduct financial analyses, including ROI, NPV, and payback period evaluations, to support investment decisions.
    • Monitor capital project implementation, ensuring budget adherence and tracking progress against plans.
  • Presentationamp; Communication
    • Create polished and visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings, strategies, and project progress to leadership.
    • Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives
    • Identify areas for improvement in logistics, supply chain processes, and internal workflows.
    • Assist with post-project evaluation to ensure solutions drive sustained improvements.
What You Bring:
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills – you’re resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Technical Proficiency: Beginner to intermediate experience with SQL (data analysis), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
