Job Summary: The Business Analyst role requires extensive experience in business analysis within a healthcare environment, leading business analysts, and complex business architecture and modeling. The role involves facilitating stakeholder workshops, developing future state models, and implementing change in healthcare service delivery. Location: Remote, N/A, N/A, Canada,Responsibilities: - Performing business analysis within a healthcare environment. - Developing models for operational service delivery. - Synthesizing findings and presenting them to key stakeholder groups. - Leading business analysts or business consultants in large-scale business transformation programs. - Managing analysis work to design target state operating models, organizational design, process design, business case development, financial modeling, value stream mapping, and perform gap analysis. - Working with complex business architecture and modeling. - Facilitating stakeholder workshops. - Developing transition plans. - Facilitating assessments and workshops for organizational capability redesign activities. - Developing recommendations and conducting reviews with stakeholders. - Implementing change in a healthcare environment. - Performing analysis and strategic-level redesign of the administration of healthcare services and departments. - Elicitation with clinical stakeholders. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certificate. - Valid ITIL certificate in Service Management. - Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. - 10 years experience performing business analysis within a healthcare environment. - 5 years experience directly leading business analysts or business consultants. - 5 years direct, hands-on experience with complex business architecture and modelling. - 5 years experience facilitating assessments and workshops for organizational capability redesign activities. - 5 years experience implementing change in a healthcare environment. - 3 years experience performing analysis and strategic-level redesign of the administration of healthcare services and departments. Preferred Skillsamp; Certifications: - Experience specific to Allscripts or Altera EPR Implementations and Chart Tracking Application implementations. - Experience related to Pyxis Upgrades and GE Pharmacy Centricity Implementations.
