Our client is hiring multiple passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Coffee Inside Sales Representative to join their Milton team! Our client is a progressive, innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom, providing the finest coffee equipment, espresso machines, and accessories, with a strong focus on quality, resulting in many raving fans!This is a full-time position with significant growth opportunities within a positive company culture. Experience and/or knowledge in the specialty coffee space, particularly with machines, is a strong asset to be considered. (i.e. Espresso machine enthusiast)Rate of Pay:$20.00 per hour. There is significant long-term earnings potential for an exceptional candidate.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pmSaturday: 11:00am - 4:00pmTotal Hours: 45 hours per weekPossible option for a 37 hour work week with 4 days during the week, but Saturday would be required.BenefitsEffective after 3 monthsResponsibilities

• Answering inbound sales related phone calls, emails or web-chat conversations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up with excellent phone or in-person mannerisms and professionalism.
• Greeting guests as they enter the store location / showroom and demonstrating the machines to prospective buyers.
• Handling in-store transactions, including cash and debit/credit.
• Assistance with other tasks, during busy times, as required.

Requirements

• A love for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is required.
• Have worked in the coffee industry or with coffee-related products in the past is an asset.
• You are a great communicator and enjoy being around people.
• You are looking to grow within a progressive organization with long-term career opportunities.
• You have experience handling cash and other transactions.
