• Full-time (45 hrs/week)Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:00pmSaturday: 11:00am–4:00pm
• Optional: 4-day workweek (37 hrs) with Saturday required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person—answering questions, recommending equipment, and guiding purchases.
• Greet walk-in customers in our showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience.
• Handle in-store transactions (cash, debit, credit) with care and accuracy.
• Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.
• Support other departments when needed during busy times—you #39;re a team player.

Requirements

• A specialty coffee enthusiast (not just a barista—this goes beyond shifts and lattes).
• You know your espresso machines, grinders, and brewers—or you #39;re hungry to learn every detail.
• You’re a people person who brings energy, patience, and great conversation to every interaction.
• You’re dependable, upbeat, and excited about helping others find their perfect coffee setup.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in coffee retail, barista work, or sales of coffee gear.
• Know your espresso machines and grinders like the back of your hand.
• Can explain the difference between conical and flat burrs without Googling.
