Job Description

Are you looking for steady work year-round Due to our continued growth, we are looking for additional full-time members for our Afternoon Shift Packaging team!Boshart Industries is based in Milverton, Ontario with 65+ years of experience in manufacturing and distribution. We are committed to developing excellence in all our employees by offering a safe, enjoyable and welcoming environment and celebrating our milestones, team achievements and successes on a regular basis.Packaging & Assembly Labourers are responsible for understanding and carrying out all packaging and assembly duties as required maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.Your day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Assemble and package products
  • Follow direction given by supervisor or lead hand
  • Pick products for work orders making sure all transfers are done accurately
  • Use of computer and handheld to print labels and receive work orders
  • Work well independently or as part of a team
  • Work quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications
  • Some education with 0-6 months working experience
  • Good mathematic and computer skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mechanically inclined would be an asset
Hours of Work (permanent shift – not rotating)
  • Afternoons – Monday through Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30pm
