Vos idées sont notre énergie.Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :Participer au développement et à la croissance des activités de lOrganisme de Maintenance Agréé (OMA) :Développer les processus pour lincorporation des modifications post-livraison du A220:Mettre en place le magasin et zone de quarantaine pour l’OMA;Acquérir léquipement nécessaire pour l’OMA;Travailler avec le gestionnaire de projet OMA / PRQ pour maintenir toutes les preuves réglementaires requises lors de lexécution des activités de maintenance et de tous les sous-systèmes OMA;Travailler en étroite collaboration avec tous les groupes en relation avec lOMA;Préparer, coordonner et superviser les activités de maintenance, déterminer et diriger des affectations de travail;Préparer des lots de travaux en fonction des demandes et exigences du client;Superviser le personnel dentretien;Sassurer que tous les travaux sont planifiés et exécutés de manière sûre et efficace;Sassurer que le travail effectué est conforme à toutes les procédures approuvées;Agir à titre dautorité de certification des aéronefs en vertu de lOMA 24-19;Sassurer que toutes les exigences réglementaires de lOMA sont suivies;Participer aux opérations générales de lorganisation de maintenance, au besoin.En tant que candidat idéal,Vous avez un minimum de 10 ans dexpérience en maintenance daéronefs dans divers environnements (exploitation de compagnies aériennes, maintenance lourde, maintenance en ligne, planification de maintenance, réparations majeures etc…) ;Vous avez une expérience dans un rôle de supervision au sein d’un organisme de maintenance agréé ;Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du Règlement de laviation canadien (RAC 571, 573 et 706), avoir une connaissance du RAC 561 est un atout;Vous avez une connaissance de lEASA, de la FAA et dautres autorités réglementaires ;Vous êtes titulaire d’une licence de Technicien en Entretien d’aéronef (M2);Vous avez des capacités dorganisation exceptionnelles et un excellent communicateur, avec de solides compétences « relationnelles » ;Être fluide en anglais et en français (parlé et écrit) est un atout majeur.Lendossement sur lA220 est un atout.Veuillez télécharger votre curriculum vitae en français et en anglais.Lutilisation du genre masculin a été adoptée afin de faciliter la lecture et na aucune intention discriminatoire.Airbus Canada souscrit au principe déquité en matière demploi et encourage les femmes, les autochtones, les personnes handicapées et les membres des minorités visibles à soumettre leurs candidatures.************************************************************Airbus is an international pioneer in the aerospace industry.
