Vos idées sont notre énergie.Relevant du Chef A220 de la Planification Intégrée, le candidat fera partie de l’équipe multidisciplinaire des Têtes de version. Il aura la responsabilité de suivre les jalons primaires du projet de la signature de l’entente avec le client jusqu’à la livraison du premier avion, en interagissant avec les équipes de contrats, Ingénierie, Achat, Méthodes, Logistiques et Planification long terme.Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

• Procéder à la publication et la cascade du planning de référence pour chaque tête de version :

• Être garant de maintenir et améliorer les temps standard de développement avec l’aide des fonctions impliquées.
• Maintenir le modèle standard dans les outils.
• Officialiser le planning de référence pour chaque Tête de version, qui rencontre à la fois les engagements avec le client, les alignements budgétaires et la planification des ressources.

• Faire le suivi de l’avancement du développement et réajuster au besoin :

• Maintenir les indicateurs de mesures sur les différents cycles du projet.
• Co-animer les rencontres hebdomadaires avec l’équipe multifonctionnelle en collaboration avec le FCO.
• Suivre plus spécifiquement l’exécution de certaines activités critiques.
• Identifier et anticiper les risques reliés au projet et escalader les enjeux aux besoins.

• Préparer des scénarios en support aux ventes;

• Participer aux initiatives de réduction de temps de cycle;

• Fournir des planifications ponctuelles sur certains projets.

En tant que candidat idéal :

• Vous possédez un baccalauréat en ingénierie, en gestion de projet ou en gestion des opérations.
• Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans dexpérience en aéronautique.
• Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de projet et en planification.
• Vous êtes familier avec les jalons Développement design, Intégration et Certification d’un avion.
• Vous avez dexcellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps et vous êtes en mesure de gérer plusieurs priorités.
• Vous êtes analytique et avez de bonnes habilités en résolution de problèmes.
• Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication et êtes en mesure dinfluencer à différents niveaux hiérarchiques.
• Vous êtes un joueur déquipe faisant preuve dune solidarité proactive envers votre équipe, mais aussi toutes les autres personnes impliquées dans le processus de développement.
• Vous recherchez des résultats et démontrez votre capacité à travailler de manière volontaire et indépendante dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec des délais courts.
• Vous avez des compétences efficaces en résolution de problèmes, en gestion des risques/problèmes avec la capacité de prendre de bonnes décisions pour faire avancer les projets afin de respecter ou de dépasser vos engagements.
• Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de Microsoft Project. Avoir des connaissances en développement doutils informatiques (Excel/VBA, Access) pour soutenir lanalyse et la compilation de données est considéré comme un atout.
• Vous avez d’excellentes habilités en communication, autant en français qu’en anglais, à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
• Vous êtes familier avec la suite Google.
• Le poste est basé à Mirabel, avec une possibilité de 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.

Your ideas are our energy.Reporting to the Head of A220 integrated planning, the jobholder will be part of the aircraft Head of Version (HoV) planning team. He will follow the program level milestones from Purchase agreement signature up to aircraft delivery, interfacing with sales contracts, Engineering, Procurement, Methods, Logistics and industrial planning.I n your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Publish and cascade the end to end planning reference:

• Be the warrant of the standard development lead-times agreed with all involved functions.
• Set up the Microsoft Project program level planning for each new HoV.
• Officialize the baseline reference plan for the whole organization, allowing customer commitments, budget alignment and resource planning.

• Monitor and control the individual HoV planning progress:

• Maintain lead-time measurement KPIs.
• Run and lead progress review meetings with the HoV core team made of representatives of all functions involved in the development process.
• Closely follow the execution of key critical path activities.
• Identify gaps, anticipate risks and escalate in a timely manner.

• Run scenarios to support sales campaigns;

• Participate to the lead-time reduction initiatives;

• Provide ad-hoc plannings for specific end to end projects.

As the ideal candidate:

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Project Management or Operations Management.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aeronautic.
• You have experience in project management and in planning.
• You are familiar with engineering design, integration, certification of aircraft systems and/or cabin.
• You have excellent time management skills and are able to manage multiple priorities.
• You are analytical and problem-solving oriented.
• You have good communication skills and are able to influence at different levels of the organization.
• You are a team player showing pro-active solidarity towards your team, but also all other people involved in the development process.
• You drive for results and demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced environment with short deadlines.
• You have effective problem solving skills, risk/issue management with ability to make good decisions to move projects along in order to meet or exceed your commitments;
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Project. Having knowledge in IT tool development (Excel/VBA, Access) to support analysis and compiling of data is considered an asset.
• You have excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You are familiar with the Google suite.
• The position is based in Mirabel, with possibility of 2 days per week home-working.
