Position: Journeyman (Millwrights)reports to: Senior Manager, Maintenance Shift Schedule: Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10PM - 6:30AM) with flexibility of working Afternoons as well.We created One Degree Organic Foods to give you the power to meet every farmer, farm co-op, and producer behind every ingredient you’re eating — just like a farmer’s market. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment on the production line!- Day Shift Rate: Non-Ticketed: $42/houramp; Ticketed: $45/hour- Afternoon Shift Rate: Additional $2/hour- Night Shift Rate: Additional $6/hour- Dual Ticket Premium: $1/hour (Power Engineer, Boiler Ticket)- Other Premiums Available (First Aid, Trainer, Lead Hand)OpportunitiesYou will be a great fit if you are a friendly and hardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges! Skillsamp; Experience

• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience
• You have Red Seal Millwright certification
• You have a dual ticket
• You have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
• You have excellent mathematical and mechanical skills
• You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience and/or education in lean manufacturing; Six Sigma

things you will do…

• Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
• Operate hoisting/lifting device and operate machine tools as needed
• Install, align, take apart, and move stationary industrial machinery/mechanical equipment using appropriate tools
• Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
