Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to the organization #39;s goals. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with necessary information.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Assist with policy updates, compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
