The HRBP collaborates with all levels of management, as an HR expert, to provide advice on a wide range of topics such as employee relations, employee recognition, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, change management, and anything else to enhance the employee experience. The HRBP is also an advocate for employees, a coach for leaders, a champion of the NLS Values, and someone who promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
