Job Description

Job Introduction:We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Key Accounts to join our team at Bollore Logistics. As the Manager Key Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key client accounts
  • Understand client requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and support to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client performance and satisfaction levels
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients
  • Prepare and present business reviews and reports to clients (NBRamp; QBR)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing key client accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in business or related field
  • Industry knowledge and experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
  • Ability to travel as required
