The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving excellence in software development.Responsibilities:Leadershipamp; Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers specializing in Flutter, and BLE technologies.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth and development

Technical Oversight:

• Guide the team in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for mobile applications.
• Evaluate and design software architecture solutions for mobile applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React Native, Flutter, and BLE technologies and integrate best practices into development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX/UI design, to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs.

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and delivery.
• Implement and maintain agile development practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Innovation and Strategy:

• Drive technical innovation by exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance development efficiency and application performance.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of technology roadmaps and long-term goals for mobile application development.

Qualifications:Educationamp; Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on React Native and Flutter.
• Proven experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technologies and their integration into mobile applications.
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a software engineering team.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Flutter frameworks, including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of BLE protocols and APIs, with hands-on experience in integrating BLE functionality into mobile applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Dart, Kotlin, Swift, C/C++, and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
