Vous ferez partie de léquipe dingénierie dintégration des systèmes de commandes de vol (FBW et hypersustentateurs), qui est responsable du développement, de lintégration et du support de différents projets liés aux systèmes de commandes de vol et hypersustentateurs fly-by-wire (FBW). Vous serez sur une voie de développement pour vous préparer à être un intégrateur de systèmes de contrôle de vol et vous pouvez vous attendre à être impliqué dans ce qui suit ;

• Effectuer lintégration technique des systèmes de commandes de vol fournis par les fournisseurs de lavion A220
• Gérer ou soutenir les modifications de conception du système sur lavion conformément au système de gestion des modifications.
• Participer aux activités de test sur la plate-forme de simulation et le banc de certification des tests de systèmes intégrés (Iron Bird). (Voir une vidéo de démonstration : https://www.youtube.com/watchv=Z-2yqKDU2AU. )

De plus, vous serez impliqué dans les activités suivantes :

• Participer au maintien de l’interface des systèmes en concordance avec les autres systèmes de lavion.
• Préparer et examiner les rapports techniques tels que les exigences techniques, y compris la validation et la vérification des exigences. Une simulation peut être requise pour lexhaustivité de la validation des exigences ;
• Examiner et approuver la conception des fournisseurs en participant au processus de développement, de conception, de fabrication, dintégration et de vérification du fournisseur ;
• Coordonner avec diverses équipes de produits/fournisseurs intégrés, travailler avec tous les départements pour la conception, la validation et la vérification, les tests et la certification, le soutien aux autorités de certification ;
• Participer aux activités de dépannage impliquant les systèmes Hydro-Mech et/ou Flight Controls avec un membre du groupe sur la chaîne de production de lavion A220 ;
• Assistance Assistance client pour les événements en service : enquête (analyse des causes profondes et action corrective) ; procédure de dépannage ; disposition;
• Soutenir les aspects techniques des problèmes émergents de maintien de la navigabilité liés aux systèmes de contrôle de vol A220, sous votre responsabilité.

Au cours de ce parcours de développement, vous serez invité à rejoindre des équipes Airbus sur dautres sites (nationaux et internationaux) pendant des périodes de temps tout au long de ce programme.Ce que nous recherchonsPour être un candidat retenu au Programme mondial détudes supérieures dAirbus, vous serez en mesure de démontrer;

• Diplôme ou équivalent dans un domaine détudes pertinent - Génie mécanique, aérospatial ou équivalent dans une université reconnue
• Intérêt marqué pour lindustrie aérospatiale et lintégration de systèmes
• Bonne connaissance de la spécification, de la conception, de lintégration, des tests et de la certification des systèmes de contrôle de vol et /ou ses composantes
• Expérience avec MatLab
• Maximum de trois ans dexpérience de travail pertinente
• Solide communication verbale et écrite dans notre langue des affaires (anglais) et en français (langue locale à Mirabel, Québec, Canada)
• Un désir de travailler dans un environnement déquipe collaborative, concentré sur la conduite de linnovation future
• La capacité dêtre conscient de soi, organisé et le souhait dêtre aux commandes de votre développement.

Lexpérience / les connaissances ci-dessous seraient bénéfiques ;

• Bonne connaissance des documents RTCA DO-160 et DO-178
• Familiarité avec le processus de certification Part FAR25 / 525 et avec la norme ARP4754
• Expérience avec le système de vol électrique A220 et lintégration du système

You will be part of the flight control systems (FBW & high lift) integration engineering team, who are responsible for developing, integrating and supporting different projects related to the fly-by-wire (FBW) flight control and high lift systems. You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Flight Control System Integrator and can expect to be involved in the following;

• Perform technical integration for Flight control systems provided by suppliers in the A220 aircraft
• Manage or support system design changes on the aircraft in accordance with the change management system.
• Participate in the testing activities on the Simulation platform and Integrated Systems Test Certification Rig (Iron Bird). (See a Demo video: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=Z-2yqKDU2AU. )

In addition, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Participate to maintain the interface defined and agreed with the other aircraft systems;
• Prepare and review technical reports like technical requirements including requirements validation and verification. Simulation may be required for requirements validation completeness;
• Review and approve the suppliers design through participation in the suppliers development, design, manufacture, integration, and verification process;
• Coordinate with various Integrated Product Teams/Suppliers, work with all departments for design, validation and verification, testing and certification, support to certification authorities;
• Participate in troubleshooting activities involving the Hydro-Mech and/or Flight Controls systems with a group member on the A220 aircraft production line;
• Support Customer Support for In-service events: investigation (root cause analysis and corrective action); troubleshooting procedure; disposition;
• Support technical aspects of the Continuing Airworthiness emerging issues related to the A220 Flight control Systems, under your responsibility.

During this development pathway, you will be asked to join Airbus teams in other locations (national and international) for periods of time over the course of this program.What we look forTo be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will be able to demonstrate;

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study - Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent in a recognized University
• Strong interest in aerospace Industry and systems integration
• Good knowledge with the specification, design, integration, test and certification of Flight control systems and/or its components
• Experience with MatLab
• Maximum of three years relevant work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) and in French (local language in Mirabel, Québec, Canada)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware, organized and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

The below experience / knowledge would be beneficial;

• Good knowledge of RTCA documents DO-160 and DO-178
• Familiarity with Part FAR25 / 525 certification process and with the ARP4754 standard
• Experience with the A220 fly by wire system and system integration
