As our Montreal based office manager, you will play a critical role in helping to grow and expand our office during this period of hyper-growth.At GeoComply, our mission is to empower the future of digital trust. Working as a critical piece of the security infrastructure for some of the world’s largest tech companies like DraftKings, FanDuel, the BBC, and Akamai, we are the global market leader for compliance-grade geolocation data and a critical piece of the decision engine.At the heart of it all is people - we are deeply committed to creating and sustaining a world-class experience for our employees, customers, and partners.The Montreal Office Manager is responsible for providing elevated administrative support to the team as we grow our east coast footprint. We are seeking a polished and compassionate individual who is comfortable working with a diverse group of employees. This role will be ideal for someone who is multi-faceted and patient and can provide exceptional support to this growing team, many of whom will be, or have recently relocated from our head office in Ukraine. Applicants must be fluent in French and English.What You Will Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for the office / Answer phone calls and general inquiries
  • Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards and procedures
  • Help with the onboarding processes of new hires
  • Organize meetings, and events for your region
  • Collaborate with office managers from North America to ensure we are following and maintaining continuity throughout each office
  • Coordinate Purchase orders for office expenditures and oversee Expensify accounts for senior management
  • Place monthly orders for food, snacks, and office supplies / Maintain and oversee office budget
  • Build a relationship with our We Work team in Montreal to ensure smooth operations
About You
  • Experienced. You have 3+ years of experience in administration and/or offices services, including experience managing a fast paced office and/or providing support to senior management.
  • Service-oriented. You are obsessed with providing your stakeholders with top-notch service. You operate with a sense of urgency and are exceptional at prioritizing across a multitude of tasks to meet and exceed service levels
  • Problem Solver. You are not afraid of challenges and see them as opportunities to practice problem-solving, learn new things and optimize your repertoire
  • High Standard of Excellence. You hold yourself and your team to a high standard of excellence, continue to raise the bar, and look for ways to do things better
  • Detail-oriented. You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A contingency planning mindset. You have the ability to effectively problem solve and react quickly and efficiently to unforeseen changes
  • Committed. You have a commitment to learn and apply GeoComply’s values, business, people, and leadership principles
Bonus Points if You
  • Speak Ukrainian or Russian
  • Have previous experience working in an Executive Assistant capacity
