The Customer Service Representative acts as a company ambassador and liaison between our valuable customers and internal departments, in a fast-paced, team environment.How you will make contributions that matter:Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customersIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionManage both inbound and outbound calls with internal and external customersProcess EDI and manual orders; handle order inquires in a timely mannerWork cross functionally with team members, planners, distribution, warehousing, supply chain & salesParticipate in driving customer value, above and beyond salesHandle concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time-limits and follow up to ensure resolutionAssisting overall team members with all order processing responsibilitiesAlways display competence, courtesy and professionalismSupport and maintain Saputo quality standardsYou are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:Secondary school diploma and minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environmentStrong, clear communication and interpersonal skills; exceptional telephone manner is essentialOrganizational skills with strong attention to detailExcellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a mustKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel (formulas, V-lookup an asset)Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a teamQuick thinking with the ability to work under pressure and to establish prioritiesAdaptable, empathetic, patient and a positive-attitude are key requirements of this roleBilingual, French and English (written and spoken)Schedule flexibility is required; department is open 7AM to 7PM.
