Equinox Marketing Services is a call centre located on Côte-de-Liesse in Montréal (QC). With more than 20 years of experience, the company is an industry leader in telecommunications, sales and customer service. We are currently seeking Bilingual Call Centre Agents who are dedicated and committed to join our Voice Assistant Solutions (V.A.S.) team for a FULL TIME, permanent position in our company.Responsibilities and TasksEquinox is a unique facility unlike all other call centres in Montréal. Here we let your keyboard skills do the work instead of your voice. We provide complete paid training to help you master our user friendly, 21st century V.A.S. technology which allows you to listen to your customer while your fingers do the "talking". By typing pre-established codes, you instruct a recorded human voice to talk to the customer instead of yourself. No sales experience needed!Our ideal Full Time Call Centre Agent has/is...- Available to work FULL TIME in the office on weekdays Mondays through Fridays, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, availability needed from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, weekends are off;- Bilingual, understands English AND French perfectly;- At least 6 months of call centre and/or telephone experience;- Stable, with a minimum of 6 months of consecutive experience in any company;- Serious, dedicated, professional, engaged, seeking long term full time employment;- Strong typing skills (25+ words /minute) with a high percentage of accuracy;- Advanced active listening skills and high attention to detail;- Flexible, self-motivating and able to multi-task.We offer you...- The possibility to grow within the business and get promoted;- Excellent support team always ready to help (coaches, managers, etc.);- Permanent, full time employment, no weekend shifts;- Convenient 8-hours shifts in between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM;- Base salary starting at $13.90 /h;- Fully paid training;- Free parking / Easy access by public transport;- Referral program of $200 per person referred;- Full collective insurance coverage upon seniority;- Pleasant and dynamic work environment, onsite cafeteria.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $13.90 per hourAdditional pay:
