Job Description

What is the opportunityYou will supports the Canadian Banking Operations fraud management team in protecting shareholder’s interest by minimizing fraud losses. You will analyze and investigate client applications for credit cards and ensure operational risk/loss is mitigated and negative client impact and experience is kept to a minimum.What will you do

  • Analyze and mitigate risk for credit card applications and Online Account Opening alerts.
  • Contact clients Inbound and Outbound for verification of received files.
  • Use analytical capabilities to detect evolving fraud trends and take action of potential fraudulent applications.
  • Require continual adaptation to ensure quick resolution of identified issues/gaps.
What you need to succeedMust- have:
  • At least 12 months experience in a client service or fraud related environment
  • Bilingual in French and English, at a professional level in both languages
  • Ability to confidently take on a high workload, while prioritizing and multitasking with a commitment to delivering superior client experience
  • Proven interpersonal communication and problem resolution skills
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 12:00pm to 20:00, Saturday 09:00am to 17:00
Nice-to-have:
  • Fraud related experience
  • Knowledge of RBC’s fraud applications
  • Experience using originate-CCAS, TS2, Camps, IRIS, Citadel, Certapay, Resolve
  • Ability to navigate between multiple windows-based application systems
