Job Description

ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities:Transversal GBSU reporting management

  • Ensure proper service delivery across GBSU Americas for all transversal reporting processes, including but not limited to Audit Recommendations, OverTime, Mandatory Training….
Performance Reporting
  • Enhance reporting platform to efficiently and consistently deliver key messages and indicators across all of COO Pilotage activities
Backup responsibilities:Resource Management:
  • Staff Plan Management in Pyramid
  • Define and implement an effective Staff Plan management process involving all GBSU stakeholders and partners
  • Manage the monthly headcount monitoring of actual and projected compared to the budget
  • Provide GBSU ExCo Managers with monthly Headcount KPIs to help them better envision their organization
  • Conduct analysis to reduce costs and improve efficiency / optimization of staff management
  • Work with HR and staff within in GBSU Business Areas to manage headcount, cost centers and organizational charts
Financial Pilotage team management
  • Organize the local Americas Financial management team to provide the highest level of service quality to the GBSU Executive Committee and the whole GBSU managers community
  • Grow team relationship with the GBIS financial department (DFIN) to ensure strategy and processes alignment with both local Americas and Global financial standards
  • Ensure global coordination with the global Pilotage team on any Financial Management related questions
OPEX Management
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Monthly review and analysis of spend data and trends
  • Daily oversight of automated data and reports from vendors including the follow-up with vendors(s) if data and reporting fails or is missing
  • Monitor and improve expense controls and processes (i.e. requisitions, expense coding/tracking and approval process)
  • Maintain regional expense policies and governance documents and articulate changes to management
  • Monthly invoice processing and reconciliation against budget, through coordination with other regions and Bangalore team

Technical Skills:Required:
  • Tools: MS Suite proficiency

  • Experience on Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) for customized reports

  • Knowledgeable about financial industry, operations
  • Budget and forecast analysis
Experience Needed:
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years as a Business Analyst (preferably in the financial services industry)
Desired / Plus:
  • Worked in an international environment, complex matrix organization
Educational Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent.
