Job Description

Equinox Marketing Services is an awards winning call centre located on Côte-de-Liesse in Montréal (QC). With more than 20 years of experience, the company is an industry leader in sales, telecommunication, and customer service. We are currently seeking Call Centre Agents for full time employment, available to work from home (Montréal Area).Responsibilities...

  • Making professional telephone outbound calls to potential business clients for new acquisitions or appointment setting (lead generation);
  • Offering information, insight and recommendations on promotions and products;
  • Assessing clients' needs and assuring clients' satisfaction;
  • Understanding the products and maintaining a working knowledge of all products and services;
  • Utilizing available tools and resources as designed to enhance efficiency on the call;
  • Meeting specific performance standards, quality targets and quantity goals.
Successful candidates are/have...
  • Ability to communicate in perfect and fluently spoken English with clarity and enunciation. French is an asset;
  • Available to work full time, Mondays through Fridays, 8 hour shifts per day, available in between 9 AM and 6 PM. Weekends are off!
  • Experience in call centres/telephone jobs and/or sales;
  • Stable, with at least 6 months of consecutive experience in any employment;
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and attention to detail;
  • Ability and capacity to work autonomously home (thus alone);
  • Ability to meet personal and team goals. Tenacity and persistence to 'go the extra mile';
  • High speed internet and a quiet environment are needed to work from home;
  • Fast on the keyboard.
