The Change Management Specialist also offers guidance and coaching to business unit managers and project teams to facilitate organizational change, stakeholder engagement and employee preparation when implementing business solutions. The change management specialist is part of multidisciplinary project teams and works in collaboration with various stakeholder groups to accelerate the adoption of new solutions within the framework of transformation projects. He can also take part in multiple projects simultaneously. The business solutions to be implemented can span multiple applications on a global scale.In a world where disruption and change are the new normal and where experts predict that their pace will continue to accelerate, the role of change management specialist must transform to adapt to an ever-changing reality.Our ideal candidate masters traditional change management approaches and knows how to integrate agile methodology into his plan. He is motivated by the opportunity to help leaders and employees develop their adaptability in a transformational environment in the digital age.Responsibilities:

  • Mobilization and support
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of management
  • Maximize organizational mobilization and the adoption of new solutions, processes to meet the expected business results
  • Support leaders and senior managers in their role as promoters of change
  • Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors at all levels so that they can support their direct reports during transitions.
  • Evaluate the organizational and human risks associated with the deployment of complex solutions and develop mitigation plans with the promoters and the main leaders of the company
  • Creation of strategic change management plans
  • Develop iterative change management strategies and plans that promote leadership accountability.
  • Take advantage of co-creation as the preferred approach to identify the main effects and stakeholders associated with change. The strategies and plans include activities based on five axes of change management interventions, namely communication, mobilization and supervision, training, and evaluation.
  • Execution of change management strategy and plan
  • ead the implementation of activities and the creation of deliverables in accordance with the plan and schedule previously established
  • Manage the overall change management plan and provide regular progress as part of project governance
  • Evolution of change and transformation method
  • Contribute to the evolution of change and the transformation method by integrating industry best practices and lessons learned
  • Ensures that the issues and key success factors are well identified and makes recommendations in terms of change management
  • The incumbent should have skills and an interest in both practical contribution and strategic thinking
