The Change Management Specialist also offers guidance and coaching to business unit managers and project teams to facilitate organizational change, stakeholder engagement and employee preparation when implementing business solutions. The change management specialist is part of multidisciplinary project teams and works in collaboration with various stakeholder groups to accelerate the adoption of new solutions within the framework of transformation projects. He can also take part in multiple projects simultaneously.
