  • Develop and produce material (communication, training, transition, etc.)
  • Act as a consultant to clients and change agents
  • Support the client in positioning change management in the project structure
  • Evaluate the organizational capacity to implement change, stakeholders and political issues
  • Write a diagnosis, a strategy and an action plan
  • Make presentations
  • Measure the level of support for change
  • Lead workshops
  • Participate in the various post-implementation change management activities
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor and masters degree
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Have 10 years of experience in the field of information technology, administration or any other related field including 5 years of experience as a change management consultant
  • Have carried out, over the past 5 years, at least one mandate in a context involving multiple partners and collaborators. Have taken charge of and carried out change management activities (ex: communication plan and training)
  • Have developed at least 1 change management strategy in support of the manager or project manager
