ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:The Client Associate main responsibility will be attempting to retain residential and business customers who wish or are thinking of switching service providers. You will provide excellent customer service and resolve any outstanding issues in view to ultimately save the customers business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer calls from customers with a focus at keeping their business
  • Address any customer issues by listening, analyzing, and finding a mutually beneficial resolution
  • Process existing clients’ requests, providing account & product support by telephone or by email.
  • Provide feedback on any meaningful issues that can help in enhancing the customer’s experience
  • Follow priorities and escalated issues in accordance with existing procedures
  • Serve as a senior specialist within the call center and a good resource for others, demonstrating strong work ethic and great judgement skills
  • Utilize Retention tools and plans with good judgment & within the guidelines to ultimately retain the customer
  • Perform clerical/post call processing tasks associated with incoming calls
  • Contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to company standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Motivated and determined
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate & persuade
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
    • Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Effective writing skills (English & French)
  • Ability to multi-task

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • Education: High School or equivalent
  • 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
