An open-minded individual who is passionate about fashion, influencers, sports and entertainment, and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment would feel right at home with us.The successful candidate will lead efforts to effectively communicate the team’s culture, goals and overall progress through the companys blog, social media accounts, podcasts and live streams. That should be quite fun since you’ll love our culture and our people!This role will be responsible for writing, editing and publishing all the groups content across all platforms! Passion for for content management and community management is a MUST!WHAT YOULL BE EXPECTED TO DO: _Strategy, Planning & Organization_**

  • Plan, develop, deploy and continuously improve the companys communications to ensure that they resonate with all audiences across the 5 (or more) very different company brands.
  • Eventually direct and lead a team of communications coordinators according to your instructions.
  • Significantly contribute to developing unique personalities for each of the company’s departments (sub-brands) and crafting a voice and image for each one.
  • Suggest, build and execute communication plans by coordinating projects with internal cross-functional teams (modeling agency, influencer agency, e-sports, sports & entertainment, agency team) and external partners (media planning, graphic design agencies, PR).
  • Track performance and continuously monitor communications and the health of our brands to understand competitive forces, draw conclusions and provide insights.
  • Develop and present monthly reports on communications activities.
  • Participate in strategic meetings of each department to brainstorm event ideas that are likely to drive brand awareness in their respective markets.
  • Plan and execute communications to raise awareness of upcoming company events (such as model searches, etc.)
  • Create special task lists for team members helping on special projects.
  • Use ClickUp to map, assign and track all tasks that need to be done and make sure each team member is also respecting due dates – report to supervisors when delays occur.
  • Coordinate the different stages of content production according to the schedule: see to the reception and follow-up of the submissions for publication.
  • Complete communications in French and English, including copywriting and translations.
  • Assist with thought leadership content and videos.
  • Social Media
  • Manage and oversee all virtual communities by keeping a watch on social media news, to be on the lookout for trends and to quickly react to engage with our audiences.
  • Collect content from each department to publish the content.
  • Community management: answer some of the comments left by fans.
  • Create daily posts, stories and creative content on each of the companys numerous social media accounts to increase engagement and drive traffic to the websites and microsites.
Blog
  • Collect content from each department for publication.
  • Regularly write original content for all company blogs.
  • Find and reach out to guest blog writers in each relevant industry to become occasional or regular blog contributors.
Newsletters
  • Collect content from each department to publish newsletters.
  • Plan 5 monthly external newsletters for the firm’s clients.
  • Segment the company’s contact lists and ensure the relevant information is sent to the appropriate audience.
  • Events
  • Help plan and coordinate the communication efforts around each department’s special events or milestones.
  • Plan and coordinate live streams or podcasts.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years working as brand manager or in a marketing or PR agency in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies as well as familiarity with social networks are considered as major requirements.
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) required.
  • Knowledge in managing influencer campaigns and/or assessing their reachs value using industry KPIs.
  • Experience in content-creation and/or blogging required.
  • Skillful at copywriting.
  • Must have strong knowledge of fashion, beauty and entertainment online communities.
  • Excellent people skills and a natural talent for building strong relations.
  • Must have a structured way of working; competencies in planning and organization and attention to detail.
  • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within teams.
  • Experience working with software to manage the post publishing will be key to success.
  • Excels in a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
