Our Corporate Security & Responsibility, Communications, Human Resources, Procurement & Value Creation and Real Estate teams work collaboratively to drive our corporate strategy forward.As a Consultant, Human Resources, you will be a Business partner who develop and implement HR solutions that support business objectives and drive engagement, performance and talent while ensuring compliance of all internal policies and Federal/Provincial laws.This position offers a terrific opportunity to develop your HR business partner skills within a large, diversified Canadian employer with opportunities for career development.The attributes we are looking for:

  • A great listener with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • A solution oriented advisor focusing on engaging and developing talent while fostering at all time the best working culture based on the development of engagement/recognition initiatives in order to attract and retain best in class professionals
  • A Business prime who can lead and support your clients with complete HR program management for the implementation of a wide range of corporate initiatives and projects
  • A collaborator who can partner with Employee Services Operations, Recruitment, Labour Relations, Legal, Communications and other services as required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy and empathy.
  • Continuous learner with a passion to stay current on the latest HR practices and to share insights with others
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business or any related field is an asset
  • 2 years experience in an Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role is an asset
