• Plan, write and edit marketing content (e.g., social media, digital ads, videos, podcasts, brochures, case studies, web pages, etc.) as well as thought leadership (e.g., blogs, white papers and reports) using the CGI tone of voice and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with industry and technology subject matter experts to brainstorm ideas, create campaign concepts, and build key messages for key technology and industry topics
• Help evolve our global content marketing strategy, guidelines and writing training, as well as our campaign calendar
• Support development and implementation of marketing campaigns, collaborating with industry experts, geographic marketing and communications professionals, graphic designers and digital channel experts
• Create content to match the medium using content marketing best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in writing and editing with attention to detail
• Proficiency in marketing copywriting, with particular emphasis on blogs and other digital content
• Digital marketing and SEO experience
• Understanding of the B2B buyer journey
• Expert-level skills in written English; proficiency in French is a plus
• Ability to work independently and proactively to meet project timelines and deliverables
• Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Writing samples/portfolio required
