It shapes ideas to develop creations that mark people’s imaginations the world over.YOUR MISSIONThe Content Team Coordinator is part of the team responsible for the design, animation and production of animated visual content for permanent and temporary multimedia installations. His/her main mandate is to monitor and manage the team's production availabilities.FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for tracking and maintaining the availability of the Content team artists. Team of 45 artists: graphic designers, motion designers and 3D artists;Tracking production time and in-house training hours for the 70 team members;Management of the team's vacations and absences, and other human resources management tasks in collaboration with the production manager;Welcome and integrate new team members;Participate in the improvement of team coordination tools;Participate in the development of internal procedures and processes;Relation and follow-up with external suppliers' availability;Organization of team activities;Performs all other responsibilities and/or tasks related to this position.POSITION REQUIREMENTSCollege degree in design, multimedia, television or film production; or in a related field; or in human resources is an asset;Excellent professional command of French and English, both oral and written;2 to 4 years experience in creative team coordination (2D/3D animation, visual effects)Mastery of MS Office software or similar.Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is an asset;Knowledge of 3D animation software and production processes an asset;Knowledge of Shotgun software is an asset;QUALITIES REQUIREDPassionate autodidact;Inspired, inspiring and creative vision;Motivation, self-sufficiency, initiative and good adaptability;Autonomy, initiative and facility to adapt;SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONSOccasional work beyond regular office hours and occasional travels.If you think this position is for you, we invite you to apply now.
