(regional specificity required)Generous Parental Leave and Tuition Reimbursement plan per year and participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (regional specificity required)Entitled to 3 weeks of vacation, 2 personal days, 3 floating holidays, time off to give back to your community, 10 sick days, and nine company holidays (with early dismissal).Multiple medical, dental, and vision plans with choices to fit all needs and budgetsBenefits coverage starting Day 1We will count on you to:Collect and analyse the client’s underwriting information on an annual basisMeet specific project-related underwriting and information needsReview and advise on contractual risksAdvise clients on the choice of guarantees and coverages required and inform them of the terms and conditions of insurance contractsPresent and negotiate underwriting terms with various insurers in order to obtain appropriate conditions for the risks assessed and in accordance with the placement strategyAnalyze proposals for terms and conditions received and prepare evaluation and comparison reportsPromptly manage the issuance of cover notes, certificates and invoices associated with services renderedPrepare the breakdown of premiums for tax purposes, if applicablePrepare transmittal letters to clients according to the professional standards established by the companyFollow up rigorously on accounts receivableCheck insurance policies to ensure accuracy and promptly coordinate necessary amendments, if applicablePrepare and send documents promptly to clientsPrepare the claims notices and report them in accordance with established internal proceduresRespond to client-specific questions and requests for documentsStrictly adhere to the company’s professional standards, including client servicing, information logging and managementEstablish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships with the entire Marsh team to enhance the client experience and increase cross-selling opportunitiesMobilize the appropriate practice and resources from the company and its subsidiaries to provide the best services to all clientsParticipate in the management and development of the knowledge of the company and its subsidiariesWhat you need to have:A diploma of college studies (DCS) or an attestation of collegial studies in insurance.
