  • Answering the customer care calls for any customers who may be looking for a refund and general information.
  • Provide real-time updates to customers and document any actions taken. As well as performing follow-up tasks via email.
  • Transferring or reassigning tickets to appropriate departments for issues with specific needs
  • Work with the team to achieve specific call center goals in our pursuit to provide world-class customer care.
The Entry-Level Inbound Customer Service Representative Requirements
  • Dynamic and able to work in a team setting as well as independently.
  • Excellent English Skills (verbally and written).
  • Strong typing and grammar skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer tools.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Punctual with a sense of responsibility.
Training:
  • Brand and Product training as well as Softskills and system navigation

Work At Home System Requirements
  • PC running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
