Job Description

Altima Telecom is known for their strong commitment to offer reliable & affordable services along with strong devotion for disruptive innovation.As part of our growth strategy, we are currently seeking for candidates that are committed for service excellence, appreciates the challenge to listen, understand, assist customers and wants to be part of a successful organization.Job summary: The customer service representative is responsible to assist Altima customers with their general inquiries account and technical (Service offer, billing, payments, and account changes to name few) by phone & Email (incoming).Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from Altima customers and assist them in a fast and professional manner.
  • Provide a high level of quality customer service.
  • Perform changes to customer accounts and process order requests.
  • Responsible for issue resolution from start to finish on customers eye.
  • Escalate situations/instances where customer experience might be compromised when needed.
  • Actively participate and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Adhere to Altima policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and detail-oriented.
  • Available to work different shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays (Call Center Hours of Operation are Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 10 PM.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Ability to work in a computerized and constantly changing environment.
  • CHINESE and ENGLISH is a must, FRENCH is an asset.
