The increasing intramodality and digital services provided by CMA CGM to our customers requires indeed a continuous reliability provided by our Cyber Teams.Now counting 110.000 collaborators, CMA CGM faces a great digital challenge and wants to commit to a high standard of security, deploying a whole international team, to protect and strengthen its systems against cyberattacks.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Cyber Security Advisor, your role consists in helping the business on how to evolve in a secure way, acting as enabler between IT and Business teams to challenge the status quo. For this, you will have to:Act as a technical expert within the Cyber Security Operations team, by leading the Cyber Security technology consultation, advise on technology options and develop a deep understanding of business stakes such as Cyber Security requirements in the diverse projects or initiatives of GroupDrive the business and technical engagement to adopt the- Cyber Security Strategy: ensure all solutions and products are evaluated to meet architectural designs and are aligned and optimized to deliver the business goals in a cost effective, scalable and agile wayLead Cyber Security assessments against industry frameworks and recommend holistic improvements considering all aspects of the organization: participate in the evolution of strategies, foundations, frameworks, objectives and orientations of the – Cyber Security Operation teamsDetermine Cyber Security requirements by evaluating business strategies and threat landscapes, especially faced by financial services: take in charge the development of use cases for the detection of known attack schemes and establish the vulnerability level of the company to recommend the measures necessary to ensure the protection of the companyEstablish an ongoing Cyber Security monitoring and compliance according to best practices, but also provide advises on projects to help implementing recommendations of the governance teamAct as a mentor and contribute to the development of the IT team, but also develop and maintain close working relationships with business stakeholders, IT & operational teams such as Architecture TeamsParticipate as an expert in Cyber Security infrastructure incident analysis and other investigations, conduct Cyber Security vulnerability analysis and risk assessments to identify current and emerging threats and their drivers of attack, assess operational risk levels and means in place, including mitigation strategies for these risks.QualificationsYou are graduated from a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant degree in Cyber Security field.You bring at least 5 years of experience in design, implementation and operation of large-scale security architecture solutions in a large and complex environment.You are up-to-date with cyber and information security trends and threats facing financial services, e-business solutions, and high volumes online systemsYou are strongly recognized for your ability to develop and drive the commercial characteristics of security solutions e.g. designing security architecture based on financial targets, such as balancing the security needs with the business requirements to deliver world-class service to internal and external customersYou bring strong knowledge in all areas of IT Security: Identity and Access Management; Single Sign On; Secure communications and network protection; Data protection and privacy; Security Management; Audit; Cryptographic services; Security Assurance and Maturity Assessment; Cloud and SIEMYou are also ideally certified CISSP, CSSP or GIAC, and bring a very good knowledge of standards, regulations and law governing the security of information (NIST, ISO 27001)You are analytical, pragmatic, but also able to influence through a strong IT expertise and negotiate with various stakeholders in a customer-oriented approach, you bring for that leadership, team spirit, creativity, rigor and quality skillsYou are able to plan, organize and drive projects, managing properly time and prioritiesYou are fluent in English and preferably in another languageYou have excellent communication and presentation skillsYou are detail orientated with excellent time management skillsCome along on CMA CGM’s adventure !Quick Apply
