Meet the family.Job Description_So, what will your new role actually look like_Our team is in charge of visitors digital experience to our sites: Officevibe, ShareGate or even GSoft. Between contextualizing the user journey and creating acquisition tactics, all of your actions will serve to :

  • Measure and pre-prioritize initiatives with acquisition potential on our various sites.
  • Use the data to track our goals (ROI and KPI).
  • Create or optimize the content of our emails and product pages on our sites.
  • Optimize and contextualize the user journey on our digital environments (sites, emails, workflows).
  • Identify trends and optimize our practices based on the information observed.
  • Collaborate in creating a diverse mix of web material, graphic and multimedia interfaces for the web to support the image, identity and our brands.
  • Ensure that the organizations websites provide complete and up-to-date product information, easily accessible to existing and potential customers.
  • Lead the synchronization between the marketing team and the targeted teams (products, sales, support) and multidisciplinary initiatives.
  • Document and communicate important information from synchronization meetings to the marketing team.
What does your future team look likeYou will join an agile team of three developers, three designers and a senior digital marketing specialist. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the other teams, like Marketing and Product.What are the newest challenges awaiting your team
  • Help grow the conversion of our acquisition funnel
  • Ensure that all our sites have the correct visual and positioning guidelines
Qualifications
  • You have a Marketing Generalist profile, and you can use data to make your decisions.
  • You know how to perform effective project management and prioritize your initiatives.
  • You are fluent in writing, more specifically in English.
  • Change does not scare you, and you want to learn.
  • You have knowledge in all areas of digital marketing: user research, CRM, CMS, copy, design, integration, advertising platforms, social media.
  • Assets: you have already worked in a SaaS or multi-product environment, and you know WordPress, Google Analytics, Hubspot or Marketo.
