And we ensure every onboarding is a success with Softstart.Every day, we find better ways to work.Job DescriptionIn close collaboration with different stakeholders within the organization, the event and employee experiences specialist is responsible for curating outstanding experiences and organizing memorable gatherings that foster pan-GSoft synergies, drive employee engagement and fuel the feeling of pride and belonging. Through various and complementary initiatives, they bring GSoft’s culture to life and shape our distinctive and ongoing employee experience in a distributed work context.So, what will your new role look like

  • Play a proactive advisory role in optimizing the lived experience in our organizational processes and employee journey milestones.
  • Identify employees needs and opportunities to experience the GSoft spirit and culture, celebrate achievements , and build solid and lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrate initiative to suggest and generate high quality, positive, distinctive and continuously renewed employee experiences, rituals and activities, both virtual and in-person.
  • Develop and implement a coherent, engaging and inclusive event strategy aligned with the distributed work context and GSoft’s values.
  • Plan and ensure the logistics for large-scale internal gatherings within budget and deadlines (including coordinating facilities, lodging, food and beverage, transportation and entertainment arrangements, Contract/vendor negotiation and liaison, preparing and distributing invitations, agendas, reading material/ handouts, etc.).
  • Initiate and support Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) as well as health & well-being initiatives.
  • Participate in the creation of content that promotes the initiatives and fosters employee engagement and buy-in.
  • Evaluate and document the success of the initiatives and identify continuous improvement measures to be implemented in the future.
Qualifications
  • Initiative management from ideation to conception, implementation and logistic coordination
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Good understanding of employee needs and expectations, business orientations and market trends
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and effectively partner with other team members to achieve results.
  • Capacity to think outside the box, try new things and constantly look for improved and bold ways to contribute to employee experience.
  • UX mindset and “customer” oriented approach
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment and to be comfortable enough to keep up as plans change and evolve
  • Ability to create a consistent and integrated storyline throughout the year and the diverse initiatives
  • A plus: Demonstrated experience in working with new and emerging technology
