The HRBP for GBT provides management with expertise and advice on all Human Resources related topics.More specifically, key responsibilities will include:Participate in the development and deployment of strategies for new business processes and new technologies associated with the transformationSupports transformation management teams by providing human resources advice, guidance and decisions on people related topicsIn collaboration with OCM & HRBPs:

  • Identify potential issues / people impacts associated with the changes generated by the transformation in processes, tools, organizational structures, etc.
  • Participate in the deployment of change management strategies within teams affected by the transformation by coordinating the action of sector HRBPs.
Support HRBPs in facilitating reflection on the organizational design of transforming teams as well as the development of roles and responsibilities;Participate and influence the definition and positioning of new teams/structures in connection with new operational models (Ex. New COE for IS&T);Coordinate role definition exercises, development of required profiles and applicable conditions for the Global Transformation teams and other transforming teams;Develop, coordinate and lead workforce planning exercises and associated talent strategies specific to the Global Transformation teams (resource plan, career path, structure evolution, re-integration to business, etc.);Develop and coordinate the implementation of retention strategies and resource development plans with an emphasize on leadership roles for the Global Transformation teams;Structure, coordinate and lead talent management exercises for transformation teams. Ensure regular monitoring to support the sustainability of project teams overtime;Coordinate all HR related activities to support the Global Transformation teamIn collaboration with the Global HR and Communication, manage employee’s communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, pulse surveys (Mood index,Office Vibe,etc) , newsletters, employee focus groups, etc.Identifies and monitors the organizations culture so that it supports the attainment of the transformations goals and promotes employee satisfactions cultureKeeps management teams informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of transformation’s goals, and those that are not being addressed adequately at the line management level.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in human resources or a discipline related to management projects;Holds from 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role;Strong knowledge in project management (project management approaches and tools);Hight interest and curiosity for technology is highly valuable assetYOUR SKILLSStrong communication skills and being ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiencesLeadership skills and ability to influence, inspire and encourage colleagues and rally others towards a common goalTeam player with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationshipsEmbrace change and ability to role-model desired to-be behaviorsStrong analytical, information processing and problem-solving skillsStrong business acumenAbility to plan tactics, set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in spoken and written French and English.This position can be in Valcourt or in Montréal.Quick Apply
