That mission is pursued in close collaboration with the health centres, community organizations and partners in the economic, social, cultural, education and municipal sectors of the Nunavik region.We are seeking a:Human Resources Agent (working remotely)(Duration: 18 months, possibility of extension)Posting: # 2021 -030Reporting to the HR Manager, the incumbent will assume a human resources generalist role with a strong focus on recruitment in response to clients needs.Support is to be provided to the HR team in performing mainly the following activities:Recruitment (all phases);Application of working conditions including regional disparities for employees working in Nunavik;Benefits including insurance;Create and maintain employee HR files and update in Logibec.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in industrial relations or in human resources;Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position;Member of the Order of Human Resources Professionals;Experience in a similar role within the Ministry of Health and Social Services is considered an asset;Experience with northern environment is considered an asset;Excellent communication skills of French and English, both oral and written. Knowledge of Inuktitut will be considered an important asset;Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, Sharepoint, Outlook and Teams;Knowledge of S/W Espresso Pay-HR (Logibec) is an important asset;Endowed with a keen sense of customer service, communication and, excellent interpersonal skills.
