Wazo’s ambitions is to take a significant part of the UCaaS market that is expected to generate over USD 260 billion of revenues by 2028.Since launching its solution in Europe in 2018, Wazo has successfully gained a foothold in this very competitive market thanks to its unique positioning and innovative IT approach: Wazo has already attracted more than 35,000 users and more than 50 Telecommunication Companies, Value-Added Resellers and Managed Services Providers.Wazo is VC-backed.*What’s the RoleAs International HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth of our company in an international context.You will develop our HR Operations processes, People strategies, and overall employee experience at all levels, providing support for all teams within the organization.You will report to our COO based in NYC.This is a great opportunity if you are ready to play a significant role in building out the HR function and develop the culture of our company.What Youll Do:

• Set-up, lead and execute key People Operations processes including performance management, compensation, internal mobility, and talents onboarding and termination;

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a growing company, from development of sourcing plans, data driven analyses of recruitment process and best-in-class practice surrounding candidate experience;

• Support and enable programs and initiatives to deliver on Wazo’s Talent strategy and goals, from talent engagement and culture to learning and development;

• Work directly with the C-Suite, conducts observations and provides constructive feedback as an internal consultant role. The goal is to develop key executive talent to ensure the highest level of performance possible in-role and a bench of ready successors;

• Build strong relationships with individuals and teams to maintain a “pulse” within the organization and proactively anticipate challenges, risks, and opportunities;

• Synthesize learnings and observations to identify opportunities to improve Talent team processes and programs;

• Champion Wazo’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy in all components of work

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Proficiency and experience in core HR disciplines such as talent management, compensation and benefits administration, and learning and development;

• High degree of empathy and openness, with the ability to understand other experiences and perspectives to inform recommendations and business decisions;

• International experience as you will be supporting our teams based in Canada, US and France;

• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to details, with experience executing complex and long-term projects involving cross-functional stakeholders;

• Polished communicator with the ability to advise business leaders, facilitate small and large group sessions, and navigate sensitive situations with tact;

• Comfortable working with distributed teams in a flexible, fast-paced environment

What Experience and Skills are Required

• Strong EQ;

• 5+ years of HR business partner experience required, including both direct client support and management coaching experience;

• Experience working in a growth-stage startup;

• Solid experience in hiring and building a pipeline for future positions;

• Solid experience in onboarding and growing new talents;

• Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially talents relations (assessment, training, development, etc.) and change management;

• Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues;

• Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently;

• Ability to work at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels;

• Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency;

• Strong influencing skills and extreme flexibility to be proactive and agile in an ever-changing environment;

• Fluent in both English and French;
