Description du posteAre you passionate about intercultural encounters Would you like to support the preparation, arrival and settling-in of newcomers in the territories of Montreal, Laval & MonteregieReloc Quebec is currently looking for a fully bilingual international mobility and relocation advisor to join its dynamic and growing team (English & French).Nature of employment:Part-time to full-time depending on availability, flexible hours;Autonomous worker OR employee;Start of employment: January 2022Main tasks and responsibilities:- Evaluate customer needs in terms of international mobility;- Inform and advise individuals in their settling-in;- Find housing options & support workers and their families in various needs;- Organize appointments and manage schedules;- Give assistance to the newcomers for a successful integration;- Carry out supportive follow-ups according to the procedure in place;- Material development & promotion;- Any other related task.Training & Experience:- College or university level in an appropriate discipline (international relations, sociology, psychology, education, languages, etc.);- 5 years of professional experience involving customer service;- Extensive intercultural experience, including international experience.Skills and Requirements:- Diplomacy, Respect, Sense of organization & Great autonomy;- Human sensitivity & Commitment;- Knowledge of the intercultural adaptation process;- Very good knowledge of the greater Montreal region, Quebec Province an asset;- Bilingualism required, fluency in 3 languages will be considered an asset;- Own a vehicle & a personal computer;- Be willing to work mainly from home & on the road;- Be willing to travel as much on the north shore as the south shore of Montreal;- Be willing to travel occasionally in St-Hyacinthe, Mont St-hilaire & St-Bruno .PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.Heures à temps partiel : 15-40 par semaineJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, PermanentSalary: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per yearHeures à temps partiel : 15-40 par semaineDate limite de candidature : 2021-12-15Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, PermanentSalary: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per yearBenefits:
