By employing a true transmedia approach, where content is built outwards from fully fleshed “Storyworlds”, the company is able to tell richer, deeper stories that connect with fans everywhere.SummaryReporting to the IT Manager, the IT Administrator will work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.ResponsabilitiesManage Reflector's IT infrastructure, servers and network, both on premises and in the cloud;Resolve infrastructure issues and deploy new solutions;Installation of computers, software, network printers and other peripherals;Provide technical support to users;Collaborate in the development, technical realization, implementation, documentation and training;Provide courteous, prompt and professional service;All other related tasksQualificationsBachelor's degree or DEC in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience;Four (4) to six (6) years of professional experience in a support role, computer science or computer systems management (with some support);Good general knowledge of networking, PC software, hardware, virtualization, Windows Server, Linux;Master the Office 365 environment. Experience with Sharepoint and Teams management is an asset;Respect for deadlines, good stress management and priorities;Autonomous;Results oriented;Interpersonal skills;Ability to adapt to change;Must be present in the office part of the time;Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.-
