Reporting to the IT Manager, Security and compliance. The successful candidate will work for Cybersecurity's Data Loss Prevention program in a critical role designed to help protect and defend against the loss of Saputo's most critical data and assure compliance.In this position of high trust, the Cyber Security specialist will implement the program to analyze and triage myriad alerts related to protection of intellectual property and the security of Saputo's most critical assets.How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:The role requires someone who understands DLP information protection technology from both a managerial/strategic level and hands on technical design and implementation.The candidate will be required to provide oversight and SME input to the selection, design, build implementation and governance of technology tools that support the Information Protection strategy, objectives and operational requirements.Drive business collaboration and adoption of the tools, ensuring the business is trained and processes are in place to enable efficient operation.Monitor the use of the tools and ensure a consistent process of improvement is in place.Establish roles between the cyber and infra team to manage tool configuration, ensuring appropriate governance and change control arrangements are operating across the business.Obtain and maintain buy-in from the business and ensure they understand the data loss protection principles, are engaged and active in the adoption and embedding of the tools.Input to the setting of the Information Protection StrategyEnsure the DLP tool(s) support the requirements of the related security Standards and controls.Demonstrate agility around coaching Information Protection team to ensure risk is managed.Reviewing DLP processes to ensure they are fit for purposeSupport with change control process for the tooling and policies.Provide SME input to the rest of the team.Review, challenge and approve DLP Tooling objectives and design.Alignment with the IT Technology and Security Technology Strategy.You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:LeadershipExcellent communication skillsExperience in preparing executive material and presentationAbility to use analytical skills to evaluate data.
