• Analyze existing systems and proposed canonical model, clearly document data flow, including specifications for data flow models, data flow timing, data mapping, and data transformation rules including data validations and controls
• Leverage your understanding of IT principles such as database structures, business rules, technology environments and software systems to analyze legacy source data as well as new platform requirements to define the conversion and reconciliation rules from legacy to new platform.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze data, evaluate data quality, perform data profiling and provide results to business users or project team members
• Work in an agile development team, adapt to changing requirements and business needs
• Develop the data requirements that will form the basis for the data solution designs and API development
• Able to understand the dependencies between components of data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business owners to optimize data collection, storage and usage to maximize the value of information across the organization

Required Skills:

• 4 + years of strong data focused experience
• 2 + years of experience working with development team, interacting with the client and other project teams
• Demonstrated experience working successfully within an agile squad – scrum and/or Kanban delivers.
• Experiments with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next
• Able and willing to step into tasks outside of their own role if and when needed
• Strong SQL, data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes

Desired Skills

• Familiar with scripting technologies such as: Python, Perl, PHP
• Familiar with technologies such as: Informatica, MySQL, PostgreSQL, HP Vertica, Hadoop, Crystal Reports, SSRS, PowerBI

• Analyser les systèmes existants et le modèle de données canonique proposé ainsi que clairement documenter le processus de circulation des données, incluant les spécifications pour les modèles de circulation des données, sa synchronisation, le mapping des données, et les règles de transformation des données incluant des validation et contrôles de données
• Tirer avantage de la compréhension des principes TI tel les structures des bases de données, règles d’affaires, environnements technologiques et logiciels - ceci afin d’analyser les sources de données existantes ainsi que les requis de la nouvelle plateforme, tout en définissant les règles de conversion et de réconciliation des systèmes existantes vers la nouvelle plateforme
• Écrire des requêtes SQL complexes, analyser les données, évaluer la qualité des données, profiler les données et fournir les résultats aux utilisateurs et les membres de l’équipe de projet
• Œuvrer au sein d’une équipe de développement agile en s’adaptant aux requis et besoins d’affaires changeants
• Développer les exigences en matière de données qui constitueront la base de la conception de la solution et Développement dIPA
• Collaborer avec les partenaires d’affaires afin d’optimiser la collection des données, son entreposage et son utilisation pour maximiser la valeur de l’information à travers l’organisation
• Participer à l’entretien des actifs de données et rédiger des politiques que maintenance de l’intégrité des données

Compétences requises

• 4 + ans d’expérience avec un focus sur les données
• 2 + ans d’expérience de travail dans des équipes de développement, interagissant avec les clients et autres équipes de projet
• Expérience démontrée de succès dans des équipes agile – livraison Scrum et/ou Kanban
• Intéressé aux technologies émergentes ainsi qu’à l’expérimentation quant à leur impact sur les choses à venir
• Ouvert à l’idée de prendre en charge des tâches qui diffèrent du rôle principal et capable de les mener à bien, au besoin
• Compétences accrues sur SQL ainsi qu’en analyse de données et résolution de problèmes
• Bonne communication verbale et écrite; capable d’articuler une vision technique, ses possibilités et résultats
