Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, the Junior Analyst will be responsible for performing detailed analyses of the various ongoing projects and conducting data quality control.As a Junior Analyst, Finance, you will:

  • Participate in various internal and external audits.
  • Prepare reports, perform basic transaction analysis, and follow up on errors.
  • Report concerns and any relevant comments to managers.
  • Complete month-end procedures in a timely manner.
  • Support various departments.
  • Reconcile and analyze general ledger transactions according to CRC policies and procedures.
  • Generate detailed transaction reports and obtain the necessary supporting documents.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and solve problems.
  • Prepare journal entries as required.
  • Participate in disaster preparedness and responses as required.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.
What we are looking for:
  • A college diploma in accounting or finance and at least three to five years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows, including MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain and complex charts of accounts (an asset).
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Strong judgment, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility and self-sufficiency.
Working conditions:
