Let your career take flight by joining our diverse and vibrant team at the leading edge of passenger aviation.The manager plays a key role in the development and execution of the Air Canada email strategy, driving the advancement of targeted and personalized customer experiences designed to drive engagement and business growth for the organization. This role champions the email channel as a primary means of connecting 1:1 with our customers, requiring a focus on targeting capabilities using all available Air Canada data sources, and creating relevant audience segments. The manager is required to have deep knowledge and expertise with the various Air Canada data sources and structures, system integrations, and a perspective on how we best integrate and move data between systems. The manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Data Analysts that execute all audience targeting across our Email, SMS, and Push channels and being directly involved in major campaigns, as required. The manager will participate in strategy and planning meetings with stakeholders in Marketing, Analytics, IT, and our Notifications teams. The manager will be the lead on our audience and targeting strategy for stakeholders in the organization. The manager is expected to be the SME on data sources within the Marketing Operations and Notifications team and ensure that their team works in close cooperation with the Data Management and Analytics teams.Responsibilities:
