And we ensure every onboarding is a success with Softstart.Every day, we find better ways to work.Job Description_So, what will your new role look like_As manager of the integration team, you are responsible for the team accountable for integrations between the different information systems used for internal business needs.You will develop the teams strategic vision and ensure its application to fulfill its responsibilities in technological decision-making and the integrations of our various information systems. You will :

  • Develop and support delivery, performance and expertise strategies to fulfill team responsibilities: team configurations, recruitment, processes & tools to plan/organize / monitor, etc.
  • Develop and implement the best tactics to maintain and improve engagement and employee experience: Communication, change management, team support, rituals, performance management and individual goals, etc.
  • Ensure the implementation of the best tactics to maintain and improve technical expertise such as team performance: analyze the teams expertise, set objectives, continuous improvement, performance management, etc.
  • Improve tools and systems to achieve operational efficiency.
*What will your future team look like*The Integration team is a member of the operations and integrations department and includes three developers, a solution architect and will grow according to the organization’s needs.The teams goal is to improve the operational efficiency of the ShareGate products of the Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Support and Product teams. It will support, enhance, maintain and ensure communication between the actors of the different systems, for example, CRM (Salesforce), payments, invoicing (Xero), license management, distributor management, marketing automation (Marketo), customer success (Gainsight), user support (Zendesk), etc.What will your team be taking on next
  • In addition to continuing to fulfill its responsibilities for the ShareGate product, the team will support the Officevibe product and GSofts cross-system integrations.
  • In the short term, since the systems shared by Officevibe, ShareGate and Gsoft are different, the first task will be to understand them better.
  • In the longer term, it will be necessary to tend towards the same systems for all the products in the GSoft portfolio.
