The new Network Operations Center team is seeking for a Network Surveillance Technician to ensure the availability and continuity of operations of one of the largest charging station networks in North America.The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the status of the network and taking the necessary actions to restore service. You will follow up and communicate with the various stakeholders for the resolution of the event. You will ensure that network issues are taken care of and help achieve the companys network availability goals. On top of looking after the day-to-day view of operations, you will contribute to the improvement of work processes in a constantly changing environment. You are structured, motivated and proactive and demonstrate thoroughness and rigor.
