Job Description

  • You are a student OR looking for extra income.
  • I am a severe quadriplegic (male) who needs a nursing caregiver (PAB), male or female, in the weekend mornings, to help me with breakfast, hygiene, dressing and transfer to the wheelchair with a hoist.
  • Detailed description will be made during the interview.
  • I live near George Vanier Metro Station (3 minutes on foot). Your traveling time less than 30 minutes will be highly favored.
  • The recruited person should ideally have started in the field of nursing caregiver (PAB).
  • Bill 90, the PDSB and the RCR will be assets.
  • In the absence of these qualifications, experience in the field may be considered.
  • This is a position from 7 am to 10 am, Saturday and Sunday (6 hours per week).
  • Possibility of more hours during the week.
  • The selected person will be paid by the “chèque emplois-service”, $18.33 per hour. Budgeted and paid by government funds.
