The individualhas broad working knowledge of the product portfolio but may require input from a subject matter expert for a specific application focus. The individual has the competency to prepare nearly complete work that is subject to approval by senior colleagues.Ansys simulation components are increasingly used by a growing ecosystem of independent developers in their software solutions. This ecosystem needs automation of engineering simulation workflows that are fast, accurate, and easy-to-use. We are building a Cloud based Platform to enable the delivery of secure, reliable APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to access Ansys simulation capabilities and services, enhancing engineering processes with actionable insights from multi-physics simulation and Artificial Intelligence.In this role, you will be responsible for the Cloud Infrastructure and Services that will enable developers to quickly build new simulation applications and services to solve challenging, real-world problems. You will research and understand the infrastructure and services needed to build solutions using Ansys technologies with integrated data and automated workflows.You will demonstrate leadership through engagement with customers, field staff, and development teams to define the offering strategy, influence revenue objectives and go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with Strategy, Development, Support, Legal, and Sales teams. The role requires awareness of industry trends combined with excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate business value of technical innovations. This position requires strong technical acumen and the ability to drive consensus among cross-functional groups to achieve joint goals across a variety of stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES
