Managers can count on Officevibe solutions to help expand and develop their team, enriching dialogue with team members and gaining helpful insights into their needs.So, what will your new role actually look likeAs a product owner in a creative team, you will build the future of Officevibe by developing experiences that match our clients needs and setting clear roadmaps to deliver an optimum software program. All of your actions will aim to:

  • Realize the product vision through results that achieve the expected objectives.
  • Define product tactics as well as roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with heads of design, data and technology to create and maintain a backlog that delivers operational results.
  • Be responsible for the product backlog, iteration planning and the development of user stories.
  • Evaluate value, build cases and bring stories and initiatives to the fore to ensure work is value-driven.
  • Develop good communication between teams to promote alignment between value, status and product advancement.
  • Demonstrate and adopt critical behaviours related to company, team and role values.
  • Engage with our customers and users to fully understand their problems and define the best possible solution.
What does your future team look likeYour team will work on the future of Officevibe, the performance part of the application, which covers employee alignment with strategic goals, ongoing discussions using structured 1:1, employee recognition, and peer feedback sharing.Youll collaborate with a product designer and developers daily, whether improving one feature or creating new ones.You also work with the Product Director weekly to ensure cohesion throughout the product and the flow of information to other teams (Marketing, sales, support).What are the newest challenges awaiting your team
  • Double user engagement in OKRs and 1:1 modules
  • Innovate and simplify traditional performance management processes
  • Continuously improve the platform based on customer feedback
Qualifications
  • Have relevant experience in product management
  • SaaS experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Experience in delivering complete end-to-end solutions, from ideation to maintenance
  • Prior experience working with different teams such as Marketing, Customer Success and Sales
  • Previous experience working in a growth-driven environment (asset)
  • Knowledge of performance management in HR (asset)
