Following its acquisition by Solotech, CBCI Telecom - A Solotech Company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its team in Montreal.The project coordinator directs all phases of audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment installation projects.Your day will look like this : In collaboration with external stakeholders, maintain continuous communication (project schedules, delivery dates, project statuses etc.)In collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, direct/manage projects:- Obtain project details and requirements from Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives- Revise clauses contained in the sales/project contract- Verify installation schedule and assign resources to each project- Select the most convenient dates for installation in conjunction with the client- Confirm installation and delivery dates with the client in advance- Transmit the required information for the purchase and delivery of equipment to the appropriate stakeholders- Negotiate fees with sub-contractors assigned to different regions; prepare and send corresponding purchase orders- Enter modifications made to orders in CBCI’s AV/Mod system and execute follow-ups if needed- Perform daily follow-ups with Technicians during installation- Handle installation issues- Find proper replacement equipment or parts quickly when necessary- Assess client satisfaction level with the services provided- Ensure project completion with a CBCI job commissioning and a customer sign-off- Ensure the development of work standards, as well as the implementation and enforcement of workplace health and safety policiesTeam management: evaluate and manage performance; identify and fulfill workforce needs, training and development of his/her teamPerform any other related task required by management e.g.: support sales team, participate in monthly project reviews, ensure project reporting, etc.Your profile: - Minimum 3 years in a similar position- Bilingual English/French written and spoken- Knowledge in the audiovisual industry and videoconferencing an asset- Knowledge in construction type project management an asset- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Outlook- Ability to read technical drawings an asset- Knowledge of an ERP system an asset- Strong communication skills- Strong customer service approachOur offer to you: - Competitive compensation and group insurance plan, including telemedicine service- Corporate savings plan with employer contribution- Skills development activities and opportunities for career advancement- Reimbursement of professional fees required for employment- Reimbursement of professional development fees- Work environment conducive to personal health and well-being- Recognition program- Employee assistance program**We thank all applicants for their interest in Solotech, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
