Are you a seasoned project leader with an agile posture that allows you to work with multidisciplinary teams, and are you skilled at manoeuvring in all areas of the organization at all levels If so, this challenge is for you!As a project leader, you help direct resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget. You analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams.You organize, manage and control the human, material, financial and IT resources needed to deliver very large-scale, innovative projects involving multiple sectors. You draw on your planning and coordination skills to execute the project plan and serve as point person for the project sponsor, managers and other contributors involved in project delivery. You represent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external providers.General Information on the PositionAdditionnal responsabilitiesDevelop project-specific plans, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects. Ensure consistency with the sponsor’s business objectivesWork with contribution managers to lead deliverables, ensuring business objectives are met, benefits are delivered and agreements, budgets and timelines are respectedSupervise and coordinate internal contributors and external providers involved in delivery. Authorize change requests for resources.
