Because it’s the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people’s lives.Role OverviewPart of a motivated and expert team, the Project Manager role will be to deliver a high quality product based on the SAP Commerce platform.The Project Manager works within our Professional Services team on eCommerce implementation projects and is primarily responsible for the overall planning, coordination, control and delivery of customer projects using our class-leading Agile project management framework. They are also responsible for ensuring the team follows appropriate Agile practices and for coaching and mentoring all team members in these practices. The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating and coordinating regular meetings throughout the various project life cycle phases, keeping the team focused on their delivery goals, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement. This role requires frequent interaction with international customers and regular travel.The Project Manager works with the project board members (Product Owner, Lead Software Developer, Lead QA Analyst and Solution Architect) to deliver the complete solution for the customer.ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role are the following:High-level planning and managing of project timelines and scheduling, but not detailed task planningCollaborating with the Project Board members and other appropriate stakeholders to create and agree with the project delivery planKeeping the team focused and motivated to meet their goals and objectivesManaging project risks and dependencies, collaborating with resources required to resolve themManaging the project budget and financial trackingActs as the central point of information collection within the Project BoardManaging team communication and project reporting with internal and external stakeholdersDriving daily scrums to keep a current understanding of the team's progress and issues, and to highlight any external issues that the team needs to be aware of when necessaryCoordinating meetings with the customer teamAligning with senior management especially with Project Delivery ManagerAssisting Project Board members in consulting and coaching customers on Agile, implementation project and eCommerce best practicesEscalation managementThis role involves working in a distributed environment with our international customers and has occasional overseas travel. Monthly travel between 20%-25% (on average).QualificationsIdeal candidates for this role will have the following:Excellent verbal and written EnglishDegree educated5+ years of experience as Project Manager on software development projects5+ years of experience managing commercial projects in a Professional Services environmentExperience and very good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodsExperience of full life cycle projects from initial scoping through to deliveryExperience of user stories, story point estimation and measuring velocityExperience managing requirements with customersExperience working with cross functional / cross cultural teamsExperience of working with nearshore development teamsPMP certificationAny of the following experience would be an advantage:Experience in SAP implementation projectExperience of international enterprised-level customersExperience and knowledge of B2C and/or B2B eCommerce*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Gestionnaire de projetDESCRIPTION DE L’ENTREPRISESAP a vu le jour en 1972, sur l'initiative d'une équipe de cinq collaborateurs désireux de créer quelque chose de nouveau. Vous êtes aussi responsable que l’équipe respecte et suive les principes de la méthodes Agile; vous en serez le mentor et le coach pour les membres de l’équipe. Vous devrez faciliter et coordonner les réunions tout le long du projet, veiller à ce que l’équipe reste concentrée sur la livraison du projet et aider à une amélioration continue. Ce rôle requiert de fréquentes interactions avec les clients internationaux et plusieurs déplacements.Le gestionnaire de projet fait partie de l’équipe responsable du projet avec l’architecte solution, l’analyste principal, le responsable développement et le responsable qualité, pour livrer la solution complète au client.TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉSPlanification de haut niveau des taches et des étapes du projetCollaborer avec l’équipe dirigeante du projet et les responsables externes et internes pour s’accorder sur le plan de projetGérer les risques du projet, dépendances et collaborer ensemble à leur résolutionGérer le budget du projet et suivre les données financièresÊtre le point central de l’équipe dirigeante du projetGérer la communication au sein de l’équipe et les étapes du projet.
