Job Description

Recruitment CoordinatorDrive recruitment coordination in a fast-paced insurance environment supporting HR operations across North America. This hybrid contract role in Montréal involves onboarding, background checks, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal for bilingual HR professionals with 5+ years of experience and strong organizational skills.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $25-26 based on experience.• 12-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.• Hybrid work: in-office Tuesday to Thursday.• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Provide administrative coordination to support Talent Acquisition activities.• Manage background check processes in collaboration with vendors and candidates.• Assist new hires throughout the onboarding process.• Format and post job descriptions on niche external sites.• Prepare monthly reports and track referral bonus payments.• Respond to inquiries in the recruitment inbox.• Liaise with other HR departments to maintain alignment and information flow.• Contribute to recruitment-related projects as assigned.• Support the broader HR operations team as needed.What you will need to succeed:• Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset.• 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment, training, or administration.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Experience using background check platforms; experience with HireRight is preferred.• Knowledge of Workday is strongly preferred.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.• Sense of urgency and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.• Bilingual in English and French is essential to communicate effectively with candidates, respond to recruitment inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors in both languages.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong interpersonal skills.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2504511) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
